Cancellation Policy

Payment and Refund Policy 1. All registration fees for all AMC, CAT, KSF Competitions are NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal, cancellation, or absence from the competition. 3. Auskey Education reserves the right to change the registration fee structure, but any changes will not affect previously paid registration fees. Booking Changes 1. Participants who wish to make changes to their booking, such as changing the competition date or participant details, must contact Auskey Education as soon as possible. 2. Auskey Education reserves the right to limit the number and nature of booking changes that can be made. Participant Responsibility 1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. 2. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants may result in their disqualification from the competition. Auskey Education's Rights 1. Auskey Education reserves the right to refuse registration to any participant for any reason. 2. Auskey Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the competitions due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made, if possible. 3. Auskey Education reserves the right to modify or update this registration policy without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically. By registering for the competition exam through Auskey Education, participants agree to comply with this registration policy.
